My husband & I had the best experience working with Janet! She was very professional, responsive & super knowledgeable! We began our search for our forever home with Janet late 2022 and ended up going into new construction. Janet was so knowledgeable about the process and made sure we were informed every step of the process. She was there for us from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions we had. I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone else.

This was my first time buying a home, and in today's market we were faced with many challenges and obstacles. Throughout the entire process Janet was there helping us navigate. She worked relentlessly to get us into our first home. I would not have wanted anyone else there by our side during this entire process. You will not find a more dedicated real estate agent out there! Her clients are at the heart of all she does and it shows. If I buy or sell she will be the one I would choose to represent me. Janet gets my rave review because she paid attention to my (rather unusual) criteria for buying a condo. My No. 1 requirement was to be within walking distance of a large dog park (cuz it's all about the dog). This was difficult for me to search for on my own using Google Maps, for instance, especially because I live in another state. Janet and Vanessa spent a GREAT deal of time doing leg work for me to find the right place. Other things which set her apart are her responsiveness and knowledge of the area. You will not find a more reliable real estate professional.
