Janet Rubino

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate profession, Janet Rubino has acquired a broad spectrum of real estate knowledge and experience. A Chester County native, her special expertise includes fine homes and estates, equestrian properties, new homes, and land acquisition, to name a few. She is a well-known and highly respected real estate professional throughout the Delaware Valley and the Main Line.

As a sales associate, Janet achieved outstanding results almost immediately, winning Rookie of the Year in her first year. She has been a multi-million-dollar producer throughout her career and has been honored with many top awards for sales as well as customer service. Upon entering management, her success continued with Manager of the Year honors many times, and her sales offices continually set new sales records.

Janet has managed branch offices for three renowned Delaware Valley real estate companies during her career (Weichert, Fox & Roach, Long & Foster), and she has spurred every office to new sales heights and levels of achievement. She has also developed each company’s New Homes Marketing program into highly successful endeavors, representing many of the region’s best-known builders. Her managerial skills and knowledge have directly impacted her sales staff, and she has hired, trained, and managed many of the top-producing agents throughout the Delaware Valley. Our group sold over 1480 homes in 2021 totaling in excess of $680,000,000.00 in volume. We’ve achieved a tremendous milestone.
