About Janice

Janice and her husband, Norm, moved to Raleigh in 1984. They now have three daughters and five grandchildren. When not working, Janice enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, boating and traveling.

As Team Leader, Janice uses her experience in real estate since 1988 to make the buying or selling process as stress free for our clients as possible. As a result, she has assembled a group of professionals, who specialize in doing what they love, which in turn, greatly benefits our clients.

I am very satisfied with Mrs. Janice Rosenberg and her teamhelps. I found Mrs. Janice after searching on Google/Zillow with very good reviews, and called her to help me out in selling my house. From day one I felt how honest and knowledgeable she is, and dealing with her throughout the whole selling process made me feel I am really in good hand. The home got sold very smoothly and I am happy. Likewise, if I am going to purchase a home in the future, then for sure and 100% I am not going to count on anybody but Mrs. Janice.
