Jasmine was incredibly professional and responded quickly to our questions. She helped us locate and do FaceTime showings for great options in Hayward, Tracy, and Brentwood. She was with us through the entire process of our recent home purchase. We appreciated her help especially when things got complicated after we won the bid. Jasmine is the sweetest and most awesome person ever. She helped us purchased our first home. I was so blessed to meet her after dealing with some other realtors who couldn’t offer that much. Jasmine professional gave us everything and schooled us from scratch as I didn’t know anything about buying a house. I met Jasmine on Instagram. I Dm her, she replied me in less than 10 minutes. I told my situation that my husband and I were looking for a house. But my credit was not good. She gives me advice. I worked on my credit. I paid some things off my credit. I went from lower credit to higher in few months. My family and I went to her office she was so nice and welcomed us. We looked at a lot of areas. Whenever we call jasmine she is available for us. She drove us everywhere we wanted. She is God sent to us. We looked at a lot of houses. Finally, we found our home. I can write 30 pages about jasmine. She is so professional, Good quality, she cares for her Clients! Let talk about closing our home! It was like a dream I met her beginning of 2020. She found us our home ending of 2020 it was wonderful. Closing our home She decorates and welcomes us with her Cameraman. It was like a movie. Thank you jasmine for everything. You are part of our family now. I recommend her to all my friends because she is good at what she does. We love you. We will need you again for our Second home. 🙏

Jasmine is just out of this world amazing! There is no property too big or too small or out of range to show you. She is super attentive to catering to your needs and budget for properties, as well as suggesting different ideas with each property to make it your own. She went above and beyond in her response times to our inquiries and interests in different types of properties, especially when we just started out and weren't entirely too sure what we were looking for yet.

This was our first home, so the entire process with Jasmine was super helpful. She took us through the entire process along with even suggesting alternative loan brokers that would be able to offer us better rates and buying power in expanding our search and offering ability in this super competitive environment. She is pleasant to work with and goes the extra mile in trying to ensure we have the best deal or answer our questions, including ones that we didn't think of yet!

Looking forward to our next house purchase with her in a few years!

Couldn't recommend Jasmine highly enough. Absolute pro, committed to getting the best for you whilst making the whole buying process as painless for you as possible.

As a first time buyer I really didn't know what I wanted. Jasmine also challenged me to look in locations I hadn't considered and by showing me a wide range of options really helped me work out that some of my must haves and what I could live without.  She is a Wikipedia of information on so many aspects of the East Bay Area real estate and gave me so much great advice along the way. I was completly at ease with the process! I was so nervous before working with her!
