Jason is awesome. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted and where I wanted to be in Miami. He listened to me, helped guide me—without making decisions for me, and presented all the pros and cons of different areas without giving me an overwhelming number of options. As someone fairly new to the process of renting or buying, it was incredibly refreshing—it’s obvious he’s done this for a long time and understands the ins and outs of the business, but also puts himself in YOUR (buyer or renter) shoes and is patient and brings his experience to help. He truly wants to get you in where YOU’LL be happy. He helped me sift through all my different thoughts and trade offs and then curated a manageable number of options that fit the criteria I was looking for. Then visiting the properties he provides an expert’s eye noticing things I might not have. Jason also has a level of energy and excitement that makes the whole process fun. In the past I have hated apartment shopping, but I truly enjoyed my experience with Jason. Any real estate needs I have in Florida in the future, he will be my first call. If you want things to be simple, fun, and to work with an expert who will actually take the time to listen to you and really understand what you want (and also be honest with you about trade offs)—Jason is your guy.

He came to just sign the contract and before I realized it he was staging the condo, took pictures and had our listing up and running by the next day. To my amazement the condo sold in just 4 days.
