About Jason

Jason Smith is one of the top producing agents of the Keller Williams Coral Gables – Coconut Grove office (an office with over 350 agents). He has been a real estate agent in Miami since 2001 and has been certified as a Broker-Associate. Not only is Jason an experienced local agent, but he is also a paid trainer by Keller Williams hired to train Keller Williams Agents around the country on how to get the best results for sellers and investors.

In 2012, Jason founded ShowcaseMiami Realty (a boutique brokerage in Coconut Grove comprised of 50 real estate agents that grew to be one of the Top 100 offices in Dade County).

In March 2017, Jason accepted Keller Williams’ invitation to merge ShowcaseMiami Realty with Keller Williams because he realized his passion was helping his clients in their transactions rather than running a brokerage.

In this role, he trains Keller Williams agents around the United States and internationally. He has been married for 20 years.

Jason grew up in Coral Gables, where he attended Gulliver Preparatory School and Palmetto Senior High before attending Tulane University in New Orleans, where he studied sociology with an emphasis in economics.
