About Jason

Jason Swaney has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004. He was born and raised in upstate New York moving to Prince William County in 1998. With a high quality of service being the focus of his business, his objective is to always provide an outstanding level of service and support, to his clients, during the entire real estate transaction. Two characteristics have helped him build a strong business of referrals and repeat clients; honesty and integrity.

In the fall of 2016, Jason was elected as a Director of the REALTOR® Association of Prince William, now serving as president. Jason has also served as a Virginia Realtors Delegate. Jason enjoys mentoring new agents, being a voice for the agents in our community, and taking an active role in real estate policies on a local and state level.

When he is not selling real estate, Jason enjoys spending time with his family.
