05/06/2016 - Jay H. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $250K in Charlottesville, VA. In most home searches, you have to spend a lot of time with your Realtor. Jay is someone whom you will enjoy spending that time with. He consistently offered my wife and I solid advice and insight during our search, without ever being pushy. He also quickly learned our tastes and preferences so that he could help focus our search on the right properties and not waste time. We were not in the market for an expensive home, but you never would have known with Jay. He was as responsive, available and attentive as if we were in the market for a multi-million dollar home. We will look to Jay first the next time we're in the market for a home.
