Jay, Co-founder and designated Broker of RE/MAX Platinum Living based in Scottsdale with offices in the DC Ranch community of North Scottsdale and Cave Creek Arizona has spent more than 25 years in Marketing and Business Development.

Jay grew up in the Automotive capital of the world, Detroit, Michigan and moved to the Valley from Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1996. Prior to Real Estate, he spent 18 years in corporate transportation sales, acquiring numerous awards and achieving the highest recognition in industry sales and sales management.

With a passion for agent growth and development, Jay focuses most of his days helping agents build, maintain and grow a sustainable real estate business by way of multiple pillar creation and business planning. Jay truly wants to see his agents grow and prosper along with the company. He and his wife Michelle and have successfully closed more than $200 Million in Residential Real Estate to date. Jay Attributes a large portion of those sales to his innovative efforts on the internet.
