As a first-time home buyer, going into this process I did not know what to expect. Having heard other people’s horror stories about buying homes, I went in nervous! It turns out, that was totally unnecessary.

From the moment I first contact Jay he shared his wealth of knowledge of the home buying process and answered any questions I had, no matter how small. He was incredibly responsive through text and e-mail, often answering me within minutes.

Only a few days into our search a beautiful house came up that I wanted to see. Without any hesitation, Jay booked the appointment and we were off to the property the next day. We made an offer that same day thinking it was too good to be true. Between making the offer and the seller accepting our final offer, I didn’t have to do a thing. Jay worked diligently behind the scenes to make it all happen. He scheduled all of the inspections, worked closely with our loan company, coordinated the request for repairs and all the paperwork. It was a breeze. He called with updated frequently and the paperwork he needed was all done through docusign.

Each time we met in person, he always followed safety protocols for COVID and treated my safety as his top priority.

I had no idea buying a home could be so easy and stress-free. Thanks to Jay, we closed on our dream house in less than 30 days! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or even sell a house!

I had to clean, repair and sell an estate property and was referred to Jay based on his success in selling another unit in the same complex. Jay remained enthusiastic and optimistic from the time of the first phone call until the date the property sold. In addition to marketing the property, and working directly with the condominium association, he acted as a personal cheerleader to help me through the difficult and often exhausting clean-up and repair process. He went out of his way to ensure that I took all steps to guarantee that the unit had the best possible chance of selling. Even though the COVID-19 lock down began right after the property was listed, he continued to work hard to find the right buyer. Despite the pandemic, Jay was able to sell the property relatively quickly at a reasonable price. I strongly recommend Jay for his professionalism, enthusiasm, knowledge of the industry, and dependability.

I can't say enough about Jay! He was literally there at the moment we decided to sell our first home, walking us through what needed to be done, easing our anxiety about the process, and providing valuable resources and knowledge that kept the whole experience manageable. He had contacts and recommendations all along the way. From open house to close of sale, I could not have been happier with his diligence, knowledge, sense of humor, and effectiveness. Then, he didn't rest on his laurels, but went out of his way to show us homes for sale that met our criteria. Again, he was available almost all the time to meet with us, accompany us to other open houses, provide us with his extensive knowledge and experience in evaluating the house and its worth, etc. He worked hard for us and we truly appreciated everything he did.
