I am so happy to get the chance to get service from Jean Tse. From day one, She started a long conversation with me and tried to understand what's kind of house I need first. Now today finally, I brought the house what I exactly want it.
The reason I gave to 5 stars is the that she was so patient to work with me to see different houses and tried hard to find more opportunities for me. She tried to work with other agent to get the deal done and met my requirement. She is details person and helped me to check the house everywhere. I recommend others to work with her again.

Jean is a professional and very responsive agent. But most probably she is a great human being. We were searching for a long time with other agents, and we had no luck as the market is very competitive. Jean was refereed by a good friend who had an incredible experience with her, and we took the chance on her. Along the way of purchasing our first home, we had a lot of ups and downs due to unprecedented circumstances, but she was always very responsive and a great facilitator between the seller and us until we sealed the deal. Jean was referred to me by a couple of my friends, and she help my family to purchase our first home in 2019. The experience was incredibly great and smooth. We have been really grateful for all her help throughout this process, and we have recommended her to our other friends.

Most importantly, Jean is extremely professionaly as an agent, and she managed all of our house visits, price negotiation, house examination, document preparation and various appointments etc. in a well organized way.
Jean is also very resourceful and shared lots of information and insights about home purchases with us since we are first-time home-buyers. She also has connections to several knowlegable and helpful lenders as well as attorneys.

My wife and I were first time home buyer with no experience at all. When we started to look for houses, we got to know Jean from our friends. She is very warm, helpful and responsible person. As our buyer's agent, she was very professional, resourceful, organized and hardworking. She updated us with information about available houses daily. Whenever we had questions and concerns, she always replied within 5-10min. According to our preference, she arranged house tour efficiently in the weekend. Jean is a really reliable and professional agent!

When I started looking for my new house, she planed my open-house visits every weekend. We visited 3 or more houses during the day and I never needed to worry about anything literally.

Jean is knowledgeable. You can ask her about all kinds of questions, culture, environments, schools, utilities, etc. Even if she doesn't have an immediate answer, she'll do a research and send back a summary.
