Jeff Hendley

Authentic - the one word that best describes Jeff. He has always beat to his own drum and had his sights set on doing things differently. Born and raised in North Carolina, Jeff went to college at University of South Carolina and immediately left for NYC for a career in “the financial capital of the world”, Wall Street. Jeff joined a large wealth management group where he was charged with advising the firm’s traders, executives and investment bankers on managing their assets. He left NYC after 3 years and transferred his business to Denver where he continued for another 7 years.

In the early 2000’s, Jeff’s interests turned to Real Estate and he joined what is now Sotheby’s International Realty. For 15 years, Jeff rose to the ranks as one of the top performing brokers in Denver.

In 2018, he saw an opportunity with a real estate technology start-up that hadn’t yet reached Denver. He began discussions, and within several months, he was ushering Compass into Denver as their first Founding Agent. In two short years, he helped Compass become the Number 1 producing brokerage in Denver that hundreds of Denver’s best agents now call home.

Today, he leads a highly-driven team catering to buyers and sellers of all price ranges. Jeff is also on the Board of the Private Client Network, a group of top-performing Compass broker teams from nearly every state in the nation. There they collaborate and provide a well-vetted network of “Go-To” Agents so their clients have one call to make for their second, third or vacation homes, nearly anywhere. The group is powerfully connected and comprises the best of the best agents in the nation.
