Lisa and Jeff did an exemplary job with both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of a new one. Our purchase presented some unique challenges, and with us being fairly inexperienced in real estate, Lisa and Jeff definitely had to do some hand-holding at times…and they seriously went above and beyond to make sure that we made it through the process as smoothly as possible. Not only were they very organized and kept us on track at every point, but they each went out of their way on multiple occasions to help us with things that were outside of the “norm” and certainly not required of them. We truly could not be more impressed with and grateful for how proactive, responsive, and helpful they were. Expert work from start to finish!

Jeff Ambruster sold my house as immediately as it was listed. He was very professional, offered great insights, and quickly responsive. He made the process effortless and all this was done while I was out of the state. I didn't need to go anywhere to sign off on the documentation which was a great help. Lisa has helped us out and spoke out when other business were not doing their part in making sure our home buying experience was good. I loved how she still explained everything too us and made sure people didn’t pull one over on us. She is a good person to have in your corner when your buying a home especially your first home!
