I would give ten stars if possible. Working with Jeff Randall was a pleasant experience. He was always respectful, kind, and very responsive to questions or concerns. Jeff is very expeditious and will keep you on pace to close on your home as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised by how paperless the process was and I was able to sign and review almost all documentation electronically. He listen carefully and when he does not have an answer to your question, he will not pretend, he would politely tell you to be patient while he search for the solution.
