If Google let me give 6 stars that's what I would have given Jeff. I was in a situation where I needed to sell my father's estate. Jeff was willing to come give me an evaluation with no obligation. After much discussion with my family we decided to sell it to my son and Jeff helped us through the whole transaction. Not only that, but he helped my son secure a great financing option as well. As first time home owners, Jeff Scott was more than helpful in finding us our new home in Pennsylvania. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. We live in another state, so being able to drive 7 hours to see a house last minute was going to be difficult, but not with Jeff! He made sure he sent honest pictures and videos of each house we wanted to see. Jeff was thorough, professional, and great to work with. He kept us apprised about what was available and always let us know as soon as a new place came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. As a first-time homebuyer who is new to the area, I found Jeff the old fashioned way - a good old Google search. After reading his raving reviews and checking out his social media, I knew he was the agent for me! If you are looking for a great realtor, that works for YOU, JEFF SCOTT, is your man! We found "the perfect property" for us. It all happened so quickly. Ww saw a photo of this property, and fell in love with it. Jeff, got us in to see the place, taking the last appointment for the next day. We saw the place in the afternoon, put offer in before they closed offers at 5, by that evening, Jeff let us know our offer was accepted in less than 24hrs. Man, where do we start? My wife and I started looking for our first home without much experience with the current housing market. We randomly requested to see a house and Jeff contacted us. We had seen other houses before with other realtors, but this experience was different.

Jeff walked through the house with us and instead of trying to sell us on every house, he instead looked for any flaws that may not make the house perfect for us and our 8 month old baby. From frogs in the basement, to old rusted oil tanks, we saw many houses and he reassured that the perfect house for us is coming and he will help make it happen.

After seeing many houses together we came across the home we bought and he was very detailed in helping look through the house and was as excited as we were to have found a home perfect for us. Through out the whole settlement process, Jeff made himself available and was always a phone call away to give us advice or help through the situation.

I look forward to many get together as we have become life-long friends through this often stressful process. We are excited to have our kids grow up together and having him over for to watch the Eagles games. I cannot recommend Jeff enough for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I struggle to find the words to summarize how incredible Jeff Scott was as our realtor. My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and had a lot of complications involved in our search. We were about six hours out of state, weren't familiar with the market we were buying in, and overall new to the entire process.

We spoke with several realtors in the area, but the experience between them and Jeff was night and day. With other realtors, our relatively low budget seemed to disappoint or frustrate them. We couldn't get our calls returned and our questions were usually answered, response times were slow, and our conversations came with an edge of condescension when we showed interest in properties in "certain neighborhoods".

For a period, we weren't sure we would be able to find anyone to be the partner we desired in the process. Then came Jeff! From our first call, Jeff was friendly, responsive, and genuine. His manner was both upfront and encouraging -- he warned us of potential pitfalls, but also treated us with trust and respect despite our inexperience in this process. We spoke to Jeff by chance (we were matched through Realtor.com) and immediately decided after that first call to make him the only realtor we dealt with. This was the best decision we made throughout the entire process!

During the househunting process, Jeff was tireless. We didn't know exactly where we wanted to buy and poor Jeff zigzaged around the entire Philadelphia/Delaware/Montgomery counties producing video showings for us and answering our questions. Knowing that speed is paramount in the hot market we are presently in, he would get into houses the very next day we asked him about them. His speed was key in allowing us to put in an offer on our dream house, and his advice on our offer ensured it was accepted!

What happened next is where Jeff really showed how invaluable he was to us and this process -- our mortgage lender proved to be an absolute nightmare to work with. Emails went unresponded to for weeks, phone calls went unreturned. Jeff was with us the entire way, emailing, corresponding with the seller, and advocating for us left and right. To say he earned his commission is an understatement. We had to endure two closing date shifts and Jeff managed to placate the seller, organize the paperwork in record time and -- when we finally had to seek alternative financing because of our lenders' incompetence -- organized the entire process with kindness and efficiency.

This process tested the very limits of my sanity and Jeff's compassionate assistance was what made the entire thing bearable. I will be recommending Jeff to everyone I know who is interested in a house in the area.

I'm serious, if you are reading this -- HIRE HIM! You won't regret it.
