Jeff was so friendly and helpful throughout our whole homebuying process. He responded quickly whenever we reached out to him and always took the time to answer our questions thoroughly. We met Jeff at an open house when we started shopping for a new home. We met with him afterwards and developed a pretty good rapport. We were always turned off by salesman who would make promises that they could get the most money for home. That wasn’t our focus. Our focus was a smooth selling process, with no drama, and a salesman who understood our needs with regards to selling. We always dealt with Jeff directly, never with an associate or an understudy. He was very respectful of our time and would keep us in the loop without overwhelming us with information or meetings. When our house listed, there was a tremendous amount of interest, and Jeff managed to keep The drama away from us and present at the most appealing, competitive offers. He actively steered us away from offers that were not strong, and towards ones that fit our needs for our specific situation. He did present all offers that were serious, but explain the pros and cons of the offers to allow us to make the best decision. Our closing was smooth and uneventful, and we got a very fair price for our house, over list. He also represented us in the purchase of our new construction home. He has been spot on with keeping us informed and organized with the construction process, helping us hire a preconstruction inspector and handling the day-to-day communication with our homebuilder.
He offers very good value for money. Not only that, he’s a great person who we don’t mind speaking to even when it’s unrelated to our home sale or purchase. For us, he was a perfect agents and I highly recommend him.

Jeff helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was there for us every step of the way and had a solid awareness of the market and each of the different neighborhoods we visited together. We really appreciate his patience and attention to detail when touring a home. He not only educated us but when it came time to negotiate for the home we really wanted, Jeff went above and beyond to make the deal happen! I cannot say enough about how well of a job Jeff did. I moved to VA and started looking for a home in May 2019. Jeff was referred to me after I tried a couple realtors (one was not responsive and another one insisted on showing me houses in wrong areas.) I called Jeff and he came to me 2 hours later on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately showed me a couple homes. He comprehend what I was looking for very quickly and saved me a lot of time looking at houses not fitting my criteria.
After I decided to make an offer, he worked behind the scene and secured my purchase very quickly. He also attended the inspection when I wasn't able to, and he made many video clips to show me the results of inspection.
He held my proverbial hand through the whole process, and introduced a good lender to me who offered a great interest rate. This whole transaction went smoothly because he's intelligent, knows the strategies and what to prioritize. And when I had trouble finding movers for a very long haul, Jeff also referred a great moving company. Jeff certainly went above and behind to help me settle in and enjoy a home life in Virginia. I now proudly call Jeff a friend.
