About Jeffrey

Jeff was born and raised in Ocean View, Virginia. After graduating from high school, Jeff spent the next 33 years working his way up from an entry level position to senior level management at the local shipyard. In 2015, driven by a desire to further grow professionally and see his hometown develop and thrive, he decided to transition into a real estate career, specializing in acquiring and rebuilding distressed properties.

His affable nature, along with his ability to diplomatically put out fires, makes the homebuying experience seamless for his clients and has earned him the nickname “the People’s Realtor.” This March marks Jeff’s 3-year real estate anniversary, and he says he is still amazed by the endless amount of passion he has for this profession and the joy it brings him to build relationships and serve people in this way. His sales results are a testament to this tenacity and commitment to quality– earning him a Silver Level HRRA award during his first year in the industry as well as the title of Real Estate Rookie of the Year.
