I met Jeni early on when looking at a place and decided to ask for her help in finding the right place for me. She was always courteous and professional and treated me like a real person. She frequently kept in touch and was with me every step of the way and never hesitated to take the time to explain things to me that I didn’t understand.

Now I’m in the perfect house for me and living the peaceful life I’ve wanted for so long.

Jeni just helped us purchase our first house! She was open and honest from the start about the market and told us what to expect. Despite it being tough to purchase a home right now, Jeni made the process much more enjoyable. She is super supportive, professional, driven, and a genuine person. Jeni was submitting offers for us on the weekends, she was responding to texts during the evening, and calling other agents to find out the status of properties on the weekends when she was out of town. She will look out for you, your family, and your money, like it was her own. I can’t say enough great things about Jeni. We will definitely use her again in the future if we sell/buy a new home!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience having Jeni as our buyer's agent for our 1st home. She is very knowledgeable, hardworking and went our of her way to help us get a home. We had such a limited time to find and move into a home because of our personal situation, which couldn't make it any harder on a competitive housing market like now. But Jeni's caliber and her outreach in the local market was in our favor. I had almost given hope after our three offers were close, but unsuccessful in winning a house. But she was persistent and said us to "hang in there".

And so it happened. After 2 months of house hunting, and on the fifth house bidding, we won a house, that we liked, on a budget much less than we anticipated. She and her team really made the right strategy on top of their hard-work, otherwise how could we've bought that house when our offer was not even the highest offer on the seller's table. We would gladly recommend Jeni, who has now become a lifetime friend, to anyone as a realtor looking to buy a home in Harrisburg and surrounding area.

I highly recommend Jeni Clarizio, she started out as my realtor but is fast becoming my friend. She is very professional and works her hardest for you. She contacted me when I requested to tour a tour house. The day after we talked on the phone the place I was living had a water issue. I was living without water in my rental and needed to get out of the living conditions I was in. For a whole week everyday we would look at two to three homes. She put so much time into finding me a new home. She is incredible. Anyone who has her as Realtor® is lucky. She has a warm personality that you connect with and like I said she is there to help you find your home.

Jeni was the best! She always was so patient with us as first time home buyers. She always made time for us even when we made her drive all over central PA. She answered any questions we had and even if she did not know the answer off the top of her head she made sure she got us answers. I can not thank her enough for getting my family in our first home!
