When we decided to list our home for sale, we used a Flat Fee listing service. Jenn represented the buyers making the offer on our house. Since we are not licensed realtors, we were not aware of many details with a sale involving multiple contingencies and multiple parties. Over 5 short weeks, Jenn shepherded the processes keeping everyone informed of next steps and who had assignments needed to perform to keep everything on track. We were nervous for some time, but Jenn kept everything going smoothly. We closed on the target date. We are still amazed at how slick everything came together. It would not have happened without Jenn's professionalism and expertise. We recommend Jenn's services to anyone looking for a good realtor. Thank you, Jenn Weiss

Jenn and her team were amazing! We were out of state landlords selling our rental house and it couldn't have been easier. From coordinating with our tenants to make them comfortable to working with our property manager everything was seemless. Communication was great the whole time too, which is a big deal for us. To top it off they were able to pull in multiple offers and got us well over our asking price...in 2 days!! Highly recommend!!

I was needing to sell my 92 year old moms house in Garden city. While she was in Montana and I am 250 miles away from Boise. So first I reached out to Dave Ramsey for a Boise realtor that they recommended. Three local realtors contacted me and the decision on who was simple. Thought how do I get a realtor that I feel trust worthy to go in and handle all this transactions, preparing for showing ,photos, staging, meeting moving companies for price quotes 2 times then again to unlock for the movers and again to lock up. schedule cleaners and let them in and out. Jennifer Weiss said I will do what ever it takes to see this through. She first laid out a marketing plan to put it out on web COMING SOON. The first day on the market was multiple showings and second day more showings multiple offers and at 12;30 am final offer was excepted. Jennifer has raised the bar in the real estate business for the Boise area. In having done what she said she would with a willingness and communication unmatched.

In 2018 our family interviewed three realtors as listing agents. We wanted to work with someone who was laser focused on the business side of the transaction, used data to make decisions, and allowed us to contribute to the discussion regarding the listing price due to our neighborhoods popularity. It became clear during the interviews that Jenn Weiss was the best realtor to work with us. As life happens, things changed and we decided not to list until the summer of 2020. During this year and half period Jenn would check-in from time to time, managing the relationship. In the summer of 2020, during the COVID-19 era, we decided to move forward and listed with Jenn. Not once during the process did we need meet face to face. Everything was handled over email and the phone as we both understood and trusted each other from our previous interactions. We accepted a ‘Full Price’ offer and could not be happier that Jenn and her team were by our side the whole time. We’d like to say thank you to Jenn for seeing the value in our home and working hard to ensure the appraisal came in during the odd times of the summer of 2020.
