When we finally made an offer that was accepted Dan helped us get contractors in the house during the due diligence period to give us estimates since we knew it would be a significant renovation.

We worked with Paul Stanfield as a buyer realtor and cannot say enough great things about him. He was so patient with us until we found the perfect place.

He spent a year with us in a crazy market, showed us a ton of different places, and was always on top of whatever was going on in the market.

We have bought and sold numerous times over the years and he has been my favorite realtor to work with. He’s very honest, patient, diligent, and tenacious. He also is good about thinking out of the box and protective of his clients in a business deal (e.g. researching so that they know as many facts as possible and understand all aspects and pros and cons of the situation). Also he continues to tie up any loose ends after the deal has closed.

In the process he became a friend of ours just because of the person he is. We would highly recommend him.

I am writing this review for Katie Kowalski. I was looking online at homes and inquired about one. I heard from a half a dozen realtors from that inquiry. When Katie called me, she asked me what I was looking for in a house and promptly set me up an account where these type homes would show up on my desktop. I told her I was just looking. When I told the other realtors that, they basically told me to call them back when I was ready to buy. Not Katie. Katie took the time to listen to me, not just sell me.
One day that special house came to my desktop. I called her and we went to see the house. We visited that house three times and looked at it in detail. During that process Katie never pressured us to buy, but assisted us in evaluating the pros and cons of this property. I have bought many homes in my life and this is the first time I have felt that my agent was actually my partner in the transaction.
At the end of the day, we did not buy the house. What did happen though is that we had the opportunity to meet and work with with Katie. She impressed us on so many levels. She was always prompt and very professional. She actually listens to your comments and concerns. I never felt she was out for a sale. So, I highly recommend Katie for your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed!!

I had been looking at listings for over a year and still not sure what I was looking for. I met with Mark Smith and he asked the right questions to narrow down what I needed. He showed me a couple of listings and we found the perfect home for me. Living in a different state could have made the financing and home inspection difficult but Mark took care of everything for me, putting me in touch with the right people and being there when I couldn’t. Working with the Jennifer Bullock team was a great experience. I worked specifically with Katie Kowalski, and I have so much to say about Katie!

Katie has become like family to me over the years. I met her as a happy accident. My dad was looking for a house in Wilmington while living in Florida, and I was his point person to go see the houses for him. Katie happened to respond to an inquiry my dad put in on a house, and we went to meet her and were almost an hour late to the appointment. In our defense, we were new parents to a newborn. Regardless, Katie did not know us or our situation, and she waited in the vacant house for almost an hour past the appointment time. When we arrived almost an hour late, Katie did not even bat an eye. She was so kind and gracious. She made us feel at ease immediately. After that, my dad sent us on one wild goose chase after another, checking out every house in town and making offers sight unseen. Lol!! And Katie never got irritated. She just went along for the ride and was totally focused on being the best agent for her client. We finally found my dad a house, and Katie was a rock star through the closing process with the buyers being out for state.

A year later, my husband and I decided to start looking for our own dream house, and Katie was the obvious choice for an agent. We had kept in touch and remained friends, plus, we had referred her to our friend and she had done an amazing job for her as well so we knew she would once again do an amazing job for us.

Again, she went on so many wild goose chases with us. We looked for a house for almost a year and took her to countless houses that we all knew were not the right fit even before seeing them. But she never got irritated, she never expressed any frustration, and she was always enthusiastic to come with us. As an added bonus, my son absolutely adores her. He grew up seeing her and he loves her and would say “I want to see Katie” after we would go see a house together!
We finally found our dream house, and the negotiation portion of the deal with Katie was seamless. I have no doubt that she is a big reason ours was the offer picked.

After we purchased our new home, listing our old house with Katie was a no brainer. Our house was under contract in less than 2 weeks, and again, the entire process was seamless.

Needless to say, Katie is amazing. We have recommended her to many family members and friends who have used her and have had the same amazing experience. She is an excellent agent. She is knowledgeable and really cares about her clients. And more importantly, she treats them all as good friends.

You can’t go wrong with Katie. Trust me on this! You will be happy you decided to work with her.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I just had to. I cannot imagine anybody knows the Wilmington area market better than Jennifer. If you have ever dealt with a real estate agent that seems to be in the business as a hobby then you will appreciate Jennifer's professionalism and expertise.

Jennifer knows all aspects of real estate. She had my house sold quickly and for top dollar. If you have ever bought or sold a house then you know
a good agents job does not end with an accepted offer. A good agent, and her team, has lots of work to do to make sure you actually close. Jennifer knows this and takes nothing for granted until you leave the attorneys office with either a check or the keys to your new house.

If you need a doctor, lawyer or accountant you don't use one that isn't a trained professional with proven results. When it comes to what will probably be the largest financial transaction of your life, you also need an experienced professional that is expertly trained with proven results.
