Jennifer Franke

Jennifer has been in the real estate business for nearly 25 years when she started on the lending side of the industry. In 2011, she decided her skills were best utilized working directly with clients on the real estate side. Her experience since that time includes representing both Buyers and Sellers in the DFW area in residential, commercial, farm & ranch, multifamily and historical conversions. Skilled in negotiations, marketing, and one of only 200 in the US with the Certified Urban Expert title. In 2018, she was recognized as the single top agent in the company for sales. She is also active President of the Society of Commercial Realtors for 2025.

In her downtime, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, as well as her work with helping produce fundraiser events for many charities in the area and her involvement in the local music and art communities.
