She can really evaluate a situation and will take charge to ensure the conditions are right for the sale. Not only that, but she will ensure that the buyers are quality, and won't waste your time. I tried a couple different realtors, that wanted the sale, but didn't want to do the work, Jennifer not only did the work, but got a quality buyer to my door in the first 2 weeks of listing with her. She understands that your internet presence is what people use to either pique interest, or weed out your home. The pictures and web setup was great, with a virtual tour and everything.
