Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice…and Jennifer was absolutely wonderful to with it. She is very professional and kept us informed with what was going on in the market and with the construction. As a matter of fact, we were receiving more updates about our new home from her than from the construction manager. It’s like having a friend that is working for you and can be trusted. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much appreciated. Jennifer went about and beyond our expectations and really cares about her clients.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jennifer! She was on the ball begging to end! As a sellers agent she did not have to go the extra mile to stay on top of the buyers lender and make sure we closed on time, she made for a great experience on all sides :)

Jennifer really really cares about finding you a place, she's relentless in her pursuit to meet your needs. She's there for every and any question yiu have and does so with a smile and in a very kind manner never ever did I feel as uf she weren't listening and trust me this young lady and I had many conversations, and at a moment when.I felt the world was crashing she was there. What a blessing it was to have Jennifer as our realtor! I was referred to Jennifer through a friend, and I can not say enough wonderful things about her! She was invaluable to me while helping to search for an apartment in the St. Petersburg area for my daughter. She was patient, quick to respond, listened to our needs, and helped us find what we were looking for! Because we were not familiar with the area and are moving from out of town, this was a very daunting task. We tried to do it on our own, but knew that because the supply is low right now, and the demand is so high, we needed professional help from a realtor. With her expert assistance, as well as her kind heart, the process was no longer daunting, and we were able to find exactly what we needed!
