My wife and I were first-time home buyers, and Jen was the perfect match. We have heard many painful stories about the home-buying process, but Jen made things clear and easy. She is knowledgeable, clear, and thorough in helping us understand the process. Most importantly, we felt like Jen had our backs and prioritized our interests. Plus, she is super cool and easy to talk to, which is a plus.

Jen James is nothing short of amazing. She is everything a real estate agent should be: knowledgeable, dedicated, hard-working, personable, and above all, professional. I had never worked with an agent before and I’m sure glad I found Jen. Even before I signed, Jen sat down with me and thoroughly explained the steps involved in listing and selling a house. After signing, she hit the ground running. Jen kept in touch with me every day, consulting me before making decisions, offering great advice. Jen assembled a team and had the house ready for market in a couple of weeks. She was obviously familiar with the neighborhood and it’s resources. The house sold in 2 days! There were a couple of blips during negotiations but Jen handled those with aplomb, not even giving me time to worry. She stuck with me through closing, checking in with me to answer any questions. Jen so obviously has a great deal of experience and knowledge. She is a hard-working, conscientious professional whom I would not hesitate to recommend without any reservations.
