Professional stress free buying experience.
Jen helped us buy a house in a very competitive FL market while we were still in the early stages of selling our house in Ohio. Her coaching started with the initial offer to our sellers. The house we bought was only on the market for a day and Jen helped us put together a really strong offer that was actually even accepted over another cash offer. Jens prompt communication with all the parties involved really helped our sellers understand our situation in Ohio and feel confident we would be able to close on time. The sellers did make it very clear that closing on time was very important to them. After that the rest of the process went really smooth and as stress free as buying a house can be. We were always up to date with the progress of the process and were always ready for what was coming next. This was important because we couldn’t really afford any delays with our buyers with them being so adamant about us closing on time. But as I said it all went really smooth and fast forward a couple of weeks we were in the position to close early. And we did end up closing 6 days early and that could have been even sooner had I not had to wait on employment transfer verification from my employer. In the end we were able to buy a house in a timely fashion that we never even physically saw. We were able to judge a lot of the quality of the home from the initial listing but Jen also did several more live video walkthroughs and took extra pictures and even gave us some measurements. All the things we were unsure of by not actually being there to see the house were taken care of with the extra work Jen put in. This was our second time working with Jen and will recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
