My husband and I came across Jennifer through her Instagram account, and honestly I couldn’t be happier!! We had a realtor before her that did not make a connection like Jennifer made with us. She is honest, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and everything else that involved real estate. Finding a house with Jennifer was a piece of cake and such a smooth transition from beginning to end. She also referred us to the best lender in St. John’s county.

As we had made the decision to downsize and relocate, it was very important that we find a realtor that understood our need to find a buyer and close on our property within a minimal amount of time. We had already secured our new residence prior to listing our FL home.

Jennifer Lawrence proved to be the perfect choice. She listened to our concerns, stipulations and expectations; implemented her plan of action and within days we were fielding numerous offers.

We listed the property on 5/20. Jennifer created and posted an impressive video showcasing the property on multiple media sites. By 5/26, we received and accepted an offer (above our asking price) from a very motivated buyer. Due to Jennifer's attentive and diligent efforts - on 6/23 we closed on the sale.

Jennifer is the best! My husband and I have had a very difficult time finding/buying our ideal home, but Jennifer has made the process so much smoother and less stressful than it has been with every other realtor we’ve used. She is extremely responsive (we’re talking a one-minute response time to our MANY emails and texts at all hours of the day), always on time, very professional yet relatable, honest, trustworthy, and just a genuinely kind person. What can I say Jennifer has been amazing! We are so lucky to have found her. She has always gone above and beyond her job for us, she genuinely cares about me and my family. We asked Jennifer to come in and help us with a very difficult and sticky situation. I won’t get into details but many realtors would have politely declined to help us. She has put in hours and hours of work into this for us. She is always on top of things. She never sounds irritated frustrated at the million questions texts, emails, and phone calls we have sent or the many obstacles and challenges we’ve had so far.
