Jennifer is the best real estate agent, we utilized her services for both buying and selling our home and would never choose another, I would not hesitate in recommending her. She truly cares about her clients and exudes unwavering professionalism, dedication and work ethic. We have bought and sold houses dozens of times in numerous states and have never encountered an agent as dedicated or knowledgeable. I am a Realtor in the Eat Bay are of Northern California across the bay bridge. There is a lot of synergy as people move to Arizona from Californa. In the past few years, I have been lucky enough to get to know Jennifer through networking events at Sotheby's. She is always so intentional in her marketing messages, and when she gains a new client, they are a client for life. This includes sending yearly real estate reviews to those in her area. In addition, Jennifer also has a huge network of professionals she knows in her market area making it easy for her clients moving from out of state, or even those clients moving locally and they need to prepare their home for sale. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. Jennifer also ensured that we knew of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property which was especially helpful to us since we have little Yorkies.

By this point in my life, I've worked with several real estate agents and bought/sold a few places. Jennifer is by far an incredible agent. She is always responsive, she has an impressive knowledge of Phoenix real estate and pricing, and she helped us smoothly navigate some very unexpected situations. But most importantly to me, she never made me feel like I needed to rush the home buying process.

Six years ago, Jennifer Schumacher was assigned to be our realtor as a part of my husband's relocation package for his new job. We couldn't have been more blessed! Not only did Jennifer worked tirelessly to find us a wonderful home, but we got an amazing friend out of the process. Jennifer brought knowledge and calm sense confidence to the home buying process, which is typically fraught with chaos. She is a wealth of information about everything from the best dry cleaners and home improvement contractors to restaurants and fun places to visit in the Phoenix area. Most importantly, Jennifer helped us to connect with new people within our community, and she's still does this for everyone client that works with her and her amazing team. Jennifer is truly generous across the board. She understands the idea of "paying it forward" and importance of connection among people.
