When you meet Jennifer, you get a sense of her passion for life, her two boys, and real estate. She specializes in helping people and her community grow and prosper. She was born and raised in Chicago and it’s NW Suburbs, and after some time selling real estate in the hot Las Vegas market, the region called her home both for herself and to raise her children.
Jennifer graduated high school with both academic honors and a toddler, and received acceptance letters to every University she applied to. She ended up a double business major at DeVry University, minoring in psychology. As graduation approached quickly, she was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian and cervical cancer. Already a single mom, she now had to also drop out of school immediately. It would be several years of struggle to become healthy and find her true passion.
Jennifer has found a sense of freedom and life through her real estate career and for her children. She loves to be able to share the world with them through her realities, and give them a sense of security, culture, and responsibility from all her experiences with buyers, sellers, and investors. When Jennifer is actually NOT working, she enjoys playing pool, reading, working out, and volunteering with her oldest son in her community and surrounding areas.
Jennifer lives in Portage, IN and is currently working with several investors, a new custom builder, banks and asset management companies, and everything in-between. Having her on your side would be as beneficial as air during any of your real estate transactions. She truly knows the business and is a master negotiator.
