I can’t imagine working with better realtors than Jennifer and Anthony Sparacino. They set the bar so high for what I now expect out of a realtor team. My wife and I were first time buyers from California looking for a modest starter home in Florida. We were both new to the real estate process and knew very little about the Tampa/Riverview area we wanted to buy into. We wasted a lot of time and effort with another realtor, who convinced us the housing market in Florida was so “HOT” that we unknowingly overbid on the first house we were interested in. When the appraisal came back roughly $60,000 lower than our bid we dropped out knowing A) this first house we picked wasn’t worth it and B) we weren’t with a knowledgeable realtor that had our best interests in mind. It ended up being a blessing in disguise now that we acquired a house with more potential and got the chance to work with Team Sparacino. I remember when we initially called to inquire about the house Anthony was just about to present bids to the seller. Since we were not going back to our previous realtor and we had no time to look for another we decided to make the decision right there to be represented by Team Sparacino despite being the seller’s agent. And what a great decision it was. My wife and I were a little nervous at first, because you hear that it’s not usually in the buyer’s interest to use the seller’s agent due to the conflict of interest. I guess those people never worked with true professionals like the Sparacino’s. I don’t know exactly what it was in that first conversation with Anthony, but I felt very confident that we could trust him and together with Jennifer they would represent both parties as fair as possible. I also appreciated how non-salesman like (which is a good thing!) Anthony came across and how knowledgeable about the area he sounded especially given that their business is situated in that region. Once we got under contract, Anthony and Jennifer were nothing but supportive and a wealth of information throughout the house buying process. My wife and I both felt we could email or text them about any issue we were running up against and they would quickly respond with great recommendations or detailed instructions that would get us to the finish line and keep us on track. In our particular case, we had a trip to Canada scheduled that overlapped with our closing date. Jennifer had the great idea to get a Power of Attorney drafted so that a family member could sign while we were away in another country. It was a quick-thinking solution that we would never have thought of and helped alleviate a lot of stress. Honestly, the level of customer satisfaction Team Sparacino brings to the table made me feel like I was buying a million-dollar house, which I can assure you it is not. They are still helping us to date even after closing making sure our relocation runs smoothly. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is in a world where you often feel like every business is trying to scam you or has their own best interest in mind to find one that is completely authentic and are simply working to give you the best deal possible. Please, if you are looking to buy or sell property in the Florida region anywhere even remotely close to Tampa I’d call up Team Sparacino to see if they could assist in any way possible - you won’t be disappointed. I wish them nothing but success in their business and hope to work with them again.

Team Sparacino (Anthony & Jennifer) is an experienced, professional, and long-established team that is focused on their client’s very best interests. They are a buyer’s agent specializing in waterfront properties, especially in the Apollo Beach / MiraBay and nearby communities. As an out-of-state buyer two years ago, they figuratively held our hands through every step of the process in building a new home from 1200 miles away. Not only through the buying process, but all the way through construction (stopping by periodically, taking pictures and sending to us, acting as eyes and ears and catching things they knew were not correct), move-in and for many months thereafter helping us adjust to a new state, new climate, new doctors, new everything. Army veteran! Cannot say enough about their service that was exceedingly above and beyond what we hoped or expected. Two years later they will still gladly assist us in any way they can just because they are “Class A+ people.” In summary, this became a 3-year relationship borne out of, and grown through, Trust.

Anthony and Jennifer are without a doubt the best real estate couple I know. They sold my waterfront property when others couldn't and didn't. My property was unsuccessfully listed with others for many years, and Anthony and Jennifer sold it for less than a year! They took charge immediately and were front and center from the beginning! Their knowledge and experience are extraordinary! This couple is amazing! My ONLY regret is NOT knowing them sooner. I'm very happy with their expertise! Superb, excellent job!

We have used Team Sparacino three times now. One for a sell, the second for a purchase, and the third for advice to rent out our home. I guarantee we will use them for a fourth time in the foreseeable future. Their honesty, relentless dedication, and “no-fail mission” approach to selling/purchasing a home is hands down the best within the Tampa and greater Tampa area. As as client, I called Team Sparacino at the beginning of the Covid crisis in 2021 after I was informed my military job would be moving me out of Tampa within 50 days. I asked for an honest opinion if I should sell or rent given our home had increased in value by $20K. Rather than jumping on an opportunity to make a buck, Anthony convinced me to rent it out in the uncertain, Covid market. Now, here we are a year later as successful landlord and our home value has increased to over $30K than original purchase price. Team Sparacino will treat you like family. Do not pass up on building a lifetime relationship with this couple. We have worked with them since 2011.

Jen and Anthony Sparacino were so easy to work with. They were always quick to respond to questions and concerns and extremely knowledgeable in the market, waterfront properties, boating etc. These were priorities for us. We had a very short period of time to look and were skeptical about finding what we wanted. The team was able to accomodate our schedule and only showed us properties that were met our criteria. Within 2 days, we found our dream home on the water and love love this neighborhood and area. Highly recommend them as they are personable, caring and extremely knowledgeable of the area (Tampa Bay/Bradenton).

Buying a home in this market and season is challenging especially coming from Alaska relocation to Florida. Team Sparacino went above my expectation, they invested their lives during this process. Its always been a lifelong dream to have a home on the water. Being completely new to the Tampa area and moving from out of state, and not knowing anyone, I spoke to many realtors to get a feel for what I wanted, different communities in the area and what to look for and what to avoid when buying a home on the water. The first few minutes I spoke with Anthony and Jennifer, I knew they were the agents that would navigate me to find the perfect home on the water! I am excited to say that we just closed on our dream home in Apollo beach as of last week. I have bought and sold many homes, and I am a loan officer for a mortgage company, so I am no stranger to real estate, but I cannot stress the importance of an agent who knows the area, especially when it comes to homes on the water. There are so many little things you would never think about that can make a huge difference in a right home and a wrong home. I am so grateful for their guidance.

Absolutely, hands down, the most honest, down to earth, just genuinely good people out there (and that's not even counting what wonderful realtors they are)! They sold our home 9 years ago and we hit them up again just recently to buy our newest home. It took months to find a place and never once did we feel pressured to buy. In fact, on more than one occasion they said, "you should pass". They didn't have to do that and an unscrupulous realtor wouldn't have done that. Amazing amazing people/realtors.
