Jennifer was fantastic to work with. We were moving out of town and needed assistance with the property after we left while we were in the selling cycle. Jennifer did a tremendous job of staging the house and ensuring all relevant parties were coordinated while I was not on location. We ended up getting a full-ask offer within 48 hours. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor with Jennifer. She was responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to help me get my home sold fast. She helped coordinate contractor appointments, field questions and made my home look like a million bucks with her staging and pictures. My home sold in 2 days and I know a lot of it was how she staged and presented the home in the MLS. I found her on a third-party site that screens realtors and she had one of the highest customer ratings there and it's no surprise. She made the selling of my home so simple and l wish I had used her earlier than I did. She was worth it all to be able to give her control knowing that my home sale was in great hands. If you live in the area and are looking to buy or sell I would strongly recommend contacting her, at least to get a feel for her yourself. You won't be disappointed! --Ricky Small
