I met Jennifer online in May 2024 through my son, who used her to find a rental before moving to Florida. She later reminded me that she is a realtor and not a rental agent. But a rental was found after driving him around the area. It was fortunate for both of us, and my wife and I will close tomorrow on a newly built home.

The journey was arduous and filled with restrictions and requirements from both states, but Jennifer instilled confidence in getting the job done and the home we wanted. She fought for discounts on the total price and even sat with us going over the “additions” making our home unique.

Furthermore, I knew I was in good hands when she noted defects at all three home inspections, allowing me to enjoy the ambiance of my new home.

I will demand my son use her when he is ready to buy his home. That is the strongest recommendation I can give anyone. Do yourself a massive favor for others and allow Jennifer Zeiller of Re/max Unlimited to make your homeowner dreams come true. Tell her I sent you.

We worked through Jennifer for our investment property @ St Johns. Even though we were in different location/time zone , we never felt anything different or tough. The process right from pre approval until closure happened in a very smooth and flawless way. Jen was very helpful in providing all the details and clarified every questions we had. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with! I got very lucky to find someone who works at the same pace I do, which is very quickly! She also had everything printed out in an easy-to-follow timeline of what to expect, who to contact, etc. so there was no guesswork. The entire process was super easy and we closed in less than 30 days, even during the crazy market!

EDIT: Just used Jen again to sell a VERY tricky house. As expected, Jen was absolutely amazing and handled every detail, several were unexpected, and we were able to close on time. Jen will always be my go-to for Real Estate!

We are moving from out of state into Florida! My wife being a Realtor, we understand the daunting task of the move, the kids, schools etc. what we don’t know is maybe the most important part, the actual life blood of a neighborhood. We got lucky to find Jennifer! She literally knows everything about the area we decided to move as well as all of the other areas in St. John’s county that we ultimately decided against. She was incredibly responsive, straight forward, patient and candidly made us feel like we were her only client which is / was not even close.
Now that we’ve found a home, she was able to help us get the offer submitted and negotiate the right terms for us! Onward to the inspection phase and she was literally there for the inspection, there for the inspection repairs, called us, face timed us and even took pictures of the work getting done.
Now we are in the home stretch and along the way, she is still providing us with useful, important information to get us grounded fast, up to speed on all of the vast amenities and onboarded into the neighborhood, schools and county. Oh, because we’re picky, this wasn’t the first home it was maybe the 20th. And she went through all of them, multiple times over, face time pictures, comp reports, recommendations etc..
Further than that, she has lined us up with painters, pool companies and landscapers to really turn this house into our home!
I’m a Combat Veteran Marine and I’m thankful that we found Jennifer. It’s not easy to trust people, especially when it comes down to a family home in a community you’ve only visited a handful of times. However, I trust her and so should you!

We traveled to Del Webb Ponte Vedra in March of 2019. Jennifer spent the entire afternoon with us showing us a dozen homes. She didn't waste any of our time with houses we were not interested in. She zeroed in
on our price range and water view homes. Then she took us to the
beach and informed us of everything the area had to offer. We returned
to Pennsylvania and shortly bought a resale with her assistance.
She was with us every step of the way and made the long distance
transaction seamless. She even listed our home in her Jacksonville
area to help us sell it if anyone was relocated back north.
She went to our final inspection and our closing representing us in
an exemplary fashion. Her assistance didn't stop after the deal was
sealed. She cleaned out our mailbox and check on our home
as we had to wait 3 months before moving in. Our agent in PA
was a disappointing contrast to Jennifer's outstanding service.
Everyone looking for a home needs an agent as good as
Jennifer. My brother will be in town and we most definitely are
having Jennifer show him the Del Webb inventory. Jennifer will
be more than your realtor. She will become a friend.

We were moving from hundreds of miles away to a house under construction. Jen kept on top of the building process, sending photos and updates regularly. I am not great at visualizing the finished project from color samples and swatches, so Jen joined us at the selections meeting with the builder and guided me through. When I was exploring a move to Florida I found Jennifer using Google Review and I am glad I did. She quickly figured out what I needed/wanted and was able to narrow down our house candidates to just a handful. She spent the entire day showing us the area and the homes that fit our requirements and by the end of the day my wife and I knew which house we wanted. Jen did not stop there though. She helped us with the builder design process, kept us thoroughly appraised during construction, assisted with walk-throughs and inspections, and attended closing. After closing she followed up regularly to make sure our needs were met. Since we were relocating from out of town, she even grabbed packages off our porch and kept on eye on the place until we could move in. This is our 7th house purchase and Jen is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She knows Nocatee and Florida and truly made our transition to the Sunshine State a breeze.
