I’m a Pittsburgh-based real estate broker, investor, and business owner focused on all aspects of real estate across Western Pennsylvania. I own and operate Realty Connect, an independent real estate brokerage, and RPM Connect, a property management company that manages both commercial and residential real estate.

My background is rooted in real-world deal flow—sourcing opportunities, underwriting assets, coordinating renovations, assisting with the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, and stabilizing properties for long-term performance. I approach every deal from an ownership perspective, with a focus on risk, cash flow, and return on capital. That mindset carries into how I advise clients, whether they’re acquiring, selling, or repositioning an asset.

While a portion of my experience is in residential assets, my focus is on applying those same operational principles—efficiency, disciplined underwriting, and value creation—to broader investment opportunities. I’m actively involved in financing strategies, including conventional lending, private capital, and cash acquisitions, which allows me to think beyond just the transaction and focus on the full capital stack.

I’m based in Pittsburgh and concentrate on opportunities throughout Western Pennsylvania, where local knowledge and hands-on execution create a real advantage.
