Growing up, Jeremy helped his Dad with projects around the house and construction; he developed a love and skill for building, repairing, and renovating. Jeremy worked at Creator Designs starting as a screen printer, working his way up to a Production Manager, then the Sales Manager, overseeing the company’s sales teams; here he honed his sales practices, people management skills, and conflict mediation for 15 years.
Investors since the early 2000’s, Jeremy & Kim worked through the 2008 market crash and came out stronger on the other end: buying, renovating, renting, and selling homes to people in the local real estate market. Jeremy is a learned carpenter, repairman, and overall figure-out-a-way-to-make-it-happen guy. He became a licensed REALTOR® since 2017 and in 2021 obtained his Broker license.
