Jeremy Zink joined Cinco Ranch Realty Group after spending over two decades in the hospitality industry. Before settling in Katy, he developed a passion for real estate while relocating around the country as an Executive General Manager with a nationally known restaurant group. Jeremy’s results-driven approach, integrity, and eye for detail make coordinating and negotiating real estate deals a hassle-free experience for his clients.

Before moving to Katy, Jeremy owned and leased out multiple properties around the country for almost 20 years, making him comfortable dealing with seasoned investors as well as first-time home buyers alike. While Katy is his home, he is intimately familiar with west Houston, including Richmond, Fulshear, Sugar Land and beyond. His professional style and communication are key to a sometimes complex process, and he has an unwavering commitment and determination to make each and every transaction a success.

Jeremy resides in Katy with his wife – Director of Behavioral Health for HCA Houston Healthcare – and their three children. He is proud to be part of world-class Katy ISD as an executive member of the local PTA, as well as serving as coach and sponsor of sports teams with Katy Youth Soccer Club and Katy American Little League. Jeremy enjoys spending as much time with family as possible, and looks forward to making you part of the Cinco Ranch Realty Group family as well!
