Jeri Ballantine is a superb realtor, and was an absolute pleasure to work as she helped our family search for, purchase, and remodel a condo in Indianapolis. Jeri chauffeured our family from house to house, and within just 2-1/2 days, we found the condominium that we wanted in a very nice community. Her knowledge of the properties in Indianapolis and the outlying areas is rock solid. She advised us on how much to initially offer for the condo, negotiate a fair price, arrange an inspection, negotiate needed repairs, and finally secure the purchase of the property for a price we liked. Furthermore, we wanted to paint the entire condo interior before moving in, and Jeri had painting contractors, whom she had used before, meet us at the condo. We chose one and they did a superior job of painting the condo interior at an attractive price. This is a function where a good realtor like Jeri really shines - knowing trustworthy, good quality, affordable professionals to use for post-sale remodeling.

Jeri extended warmth and hospitality to our family, understood our vision of what kind of property we wanted, and helped us to realize it. When we need to buy or sell property in the Indianapolis area again, there is no question that we will use her. We highly recommend her to any new clients. She is a wonderful realtor. You will be completely satisfied with her services.

Although Jeri’s slogan is she’ll go the extra mile, in our experience she went the extra 1,000 miles. As first time home buyers bumps in the road surely came up, but Jeri didn’t shrug her shoulders or tell us we ‘well your situation is just different’. She jumped right in to find a solution, explaining every detail along the way. From the day we first contacted Jeri to after closing, we’ve always felt she is just a call, text or email away and will always, always give the best advice and do whatever she can to help.
