Jerry Black

Jerry believes getting to help people with one of the biggest decisions in their life is both humbling and amazing at the same time. People come with diverse levels of knowledge and experience. Jerry takes them where they are at, and his goal is to get them across the finish line of the closing table. Some need him to just do the paperwork. Others need absolutely everything from step one forward. With all kinds of technology at his fingertips he can transact business across town, across country or across the ocean and he has done all three.

Jerry has been a realtor for over seven years. He is a consistent multi-million-dollar producer. He helps manage the Coldwell Banker office in Edinboro, which has thirteen agents that cover all over NWPA, and some are also licensed in NY. He helps train all the agents in Coldwell Banker Select. Jerry earns company awards annually that put him in the top agents of Coldwell Banker nationally and internationally. He put his thirty-five years of public education to use by serving on the education committee of his regional MLS. Jerry genuinely enjoys helping all kinds of people from all walks of life with their real estate needs. It is an extremely rewarding job.

Jerry and his wife are involved in community musical events at every level. They play for their church, local community bands, school musicals, give lessons, teach privately and guest conduct. They also enjoy camping, camp cooking, all things outdoors and traveling.
