Jessica is an amazing agent and even better person. She was available any time to answer questions and sometimes just calm my nerves as I moved out of state as the home went to market. She handled everything down to coordinating with my painters and handyman to make sure pictures were redone immediately after. She offered guidance in pricing and recommended strategies. She carefully explained pros and cons to any offers received. She was also able to refer an agent in my destination state and monitor their progress keeping them on track on the purchasing end.

Stop Searching & Go with Jessica!
Many people have a beautiful easy home buying experiences ours was a disastrous roller coaster BUT Jessica being a Bad A$$ had everything under control every step of the way! She comes from the mortgage industry and has a wealth of knowledge in the real estate world. We would have probably ended up homeless if it wasn’t for Jessica’s expertise. Again she will fight tooth & nail for Buyer! She’s on the buyers side! We finally closed on our new Build in Coolidge on 8/1. We were able to close under budget, zero down & no closing. 😁
Jessica showed us multiple homes, submitted offers, gave opinions, fought for us, was ALWAYS in contact, literally a phone call/ text away. She’s the absolute BEST & has an amazing personality!

I would recommend Jessica to anyone purchasing or selling a home REGARDLESS of your situation. Jessica is a true professional. I contacted her in June as a "what are your thoughts" on selling my rental property and by September, the home was sold as a primary residence because Jessica is amazing!! Jessica is an amazing Realtor who knows the ins and outs of buying and selling in such a hot market! Our house sold before it even officially hit the market and the offer was for over what we were asking!
