09/21/2014 - meherna2 Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Estrella, Tolleson, AZ. Jessica was AWESOME! We were first time home buyers and very aware of the economic struggle affecting home owners. We wanted a payment that would be affordable should one of us lose our jobs. For six months she picked us up from our home and spent all day with us going through home after home, submitting offer after offer! She was so patient and so kind and her honesty and knowledge was a breath of fresh air! Our prior realtor left such a bad impression on us, he kept trying to put us in homes that were way over our budget though we told him several times. With Jess we told her our budget, what we wanted and why and she respected it. If she found a home outside of our criteria she'd discuss it with us before showing us the home. She knew the areas and she knew her stuff! She took GREAT care of us and we are forever thankful to have crossed paths with her. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jess, she'll take great care of you! I can promise she will always have YOU'RE best interest in mind.
