Jess Stone was an incredible asset when trying to purchase our home. First, we came in when prices were escalating daily. The competition for available houses is brutal. She was always right there ready to draw up a contract when we found a suitable property. She, in fact, drafted our winning contract while trying to spend special time on her daughters birthday. Every single element needed to complete the sale was challenging and I know we would not have prevailed if it weren’t for her tenacity and ability to problem solve. She was totally professional while, at the same time, showing great empathy towards dealing with the stressful roadblocks we faced. She did not only get us through closing, she is still providing resources to ensure we have everything we need to make our house a home. I can’t say enough! Jess Stone is a highly competent, exceptionally personable, immensely knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient realtor who always responds to communications promptly. She provides absolutely top-tier customer service, going well above and beyond what any client could possibly expect. For a concrete example of the service she provides, let me just mention that she put us in touch with, and obtained quotes from, highly skilled and very reasonably priced home repair specialists for every single one of our needs. There are not enough stars here to award her.

Unfortunately for those in South Bend, my understanding is that she will soon be leaving the area for the much greener pastures she so obviously deserves. Any company that picks her up would be exceptionally lucky to have her, and if you are in South Bend, you should definitely snag her before she's gone.
