Unfortunately I didn’t realize Jessica was a licensed agent in VA at the time I was looking for homes. I came to learn that she is licensed in DC, MD, and VA a little too late and even still, she was willing to advise me through my home buying journey. I am usually not an anxious person, but this purchase is really getting the best of me and the universe happened to connect me with my colleague and friend Jessica just in time. She generously walked me through the whole process.

Even though she isn’t my official realtor, she told me what to expect every step of the way. She advised me to look into multiple lenders which led me to get a lower interest rate. She shared various tips and tricks about what to look out for during my home inspection. She advised me on various negotiation strategies. The amount of expertise this woman has about every step of the process is unbelievable. I know I’ll be in the market again soon enough, and I already know who I’m going to go with this time around. I’m so close to the finish line and the ease with which I arrived here is in great part due to Jessica Townsend. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She truly treats you like family.
