As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better guide through a daunting process than Jhenny. She always treated us with respect, educating us with patience and she was just so accessible. Jhenny was always ready with an answer to every question, no matter when we asked, or how often we asked the same question! Her knowledge of what goes into buying a house was indispensable to us. Jhenny took the whole process personally, and was with us every single step of the way, even after the sale was completed. She just doesn't stop working! When we set out to purchase our first home in the east coast and on the hunt for a good realtor, Jhenny came highly recommended by one of our friends. The reason for the glowing recommendation became apparently very quickly to us. Jhenny was able to gauge within the first meeting our priorities and preferences. After having shown us a home we instantly fell in love with, she went above and beyond to help us become the owners of the same. The buying process became a bit challenging due to many factors but Jhenny made sure to be on top of things at all times and tried her very best to alleviate the stress and anxiousness that came with it. Even after the closure, Jhenny helped us sort out numerous other essential services such utilities, mailing services as these information was not handed over as expected by the selling party. Although Jhenny handles multiple clients simultaneously she makes you feel as though you are the only client she’s working with. She always has the best interest of her client during all negotiations and advises with the same intentions. We are so lucky to have worked with her during this process and no doubt will be working with her for all our future real estate needs. We bought a house with Jhenny as our realtor in the toughest market where inventory was less and demand was high in Herndon, Virginia. Our experience working with her was nothing less than perfect. She’s extremely knowledgeable of the market, helped negotiate with the sellers, kept us updated at every step of the way. She even worked with our lender until the closing date.
We have been looking for houses since 2017 but never found a agent who understood our needs and delivered them the way Jhenny did and hence we ended up renting until this moment.
She’s definitely one of the most professional and kind person and we enjoyed working with her. Highly recommend you contact her if you are looking to buy a house!!

Jhenny is extremely knowledgeable and a pro in her field. She always put my interests ahead of hers. At all points, she explained the pros and cons and always provided data to back up her reasoning. Sometimes in this crazy life the stars align and the good Lord puts people in your life that you are supposed meet, and you are beyond thankful that you did. That is how we met Jhenny. A random call to look at a property that had already went under contract turned into a two month journey to find the perfect home, in a seller’s market. Jhenny was with us every step of the way, and thankfully so. Her insight into the ever changing housing market of Northern Virginia was beyond anything we could have hoped for. There was no point at which we felt pressured or uninformed. Jhenny is very process and detail oriented...which was perfect for us. She has a unique talent for explaining very complicated realty issues and considerations in a way that is very understandable, and which allows a buyer to ask the important questions, without feeling ignorant or uninformed. Communication throughout the entire process with Jhenny were second to none. She was always available to answer questions and provide updates about where we were in the home buying process. Jhenny made my home buying experience very comfortable. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly through every step of the process and even helped me avoid some bad decisions. I can’t say enough good things about Jhenny as a realtor! She took me to so many houses... and not just me, because of the different schedules my husband and I have, sometimes she took us to the same house twice!
