Providing amazing customer service is #1 in Jill’s book. She is always dumbfounded by service-based businesses that have no idea how to provide great or even good customer service and then they wonder why they fail. It really is not hard if you care about what you do and the people that you are helping. She just loves seeing the smiles on her clients' faces when they sell their home or find their next one.
Being a Real Estate Advisor
Jill has been a real estate advisor since 2010, helping clients sell their homes for top dollar through staging, aggressive marketing strategies, and leveraging technology or assisting them in trying to find the right location and home that truly meets their needs. It is a different type of consulting, but each transaction still requires analysis, marketing, sales, project management, negotiations, writing contracts and client management. Every agent should have these skills to better represent their clients. The best part of her job is creating a smooth and hopefully enjoyable experience for her clients.
Her Personal Life
Jill has lived throughout the country, including Florida, California, New Jersey and over 15 years in Colorado which she absolutely loves. She is married to her wonderful husband, Bruce, and has two grown boys who love to play hockey. In her spare time, she loves to hike, ski, travel, entertain, and read.
This is her second career, and her only regret is that she did not find it sooner. She does not think she could have found a career more perfect for her and she feels privileged that she can help every one of her clients.
