Jill Vincent-Lapan

Jill has been a successful Realtor in residential, commercial and investment sales for over 18 years, and obtained her Brokers license in 2019. She is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley and was awarded the Reader’s Choice for “Best Realtor in the Pioneer Valley” in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. She has obtained numerous designations: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), focusing on buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process, ePRO (technology pro) as a highly trained Realtor in cutting-edge technology, (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and brokers, and (SRS) Seller Representative Specialist, a premier designation in all facets of seller marketing and representation.

In addition, Jill is very proficient with the latest technology and stays informed on issues affecting the real estate market and is well equipped to adapt to changes as they occur. She regularly attends marketing lectures, webinars, and seminars as the success of selling rests in one’s ability to effectively market a property and to excel in negotiating techniques.
Raised in Easthampton, Jill has been continually involved in local activities including coaching at the high school varsity level and sat on the Board of Directors for the Greater Easthampton Chamber of Commerce from 2007 to 2018. She currently lives in Easthampton with her husband Mike Lapan.
