Jim Calvert, his wife Ashley and daughter Danielle first moved to Naples and established residence in 2012. After working for a short time with a local Security company selling home security and automation systems, Jim saw a tremendous need in Naples to have a solid, organized and dependable Home Watch Company. Jim and Ashley’s close and trusted friends Rob and Stephanie Almond moved to Naples in 2014 bringing their daughter Kayla and mother Glenna with them. The Calverts and Almonds became equal partners in Safe Harbor Home Watch and together have grown to become one of Collier Counties most in demand Home Watch choices for seasonal residents. Jim is a third-generation Real Estate agent and after discussing the Real Estate opportunities with the partners decided to launch Safe Harbor Real Estate. They were blessed to secure Luis Benedito as their Broker, and they are committed to becoming one of SWFL most successful Sales and Rental Real Estate companies.
