About Jim

Jim Faulconer has been involved in the real estate business in Virginia since 1973, shortly after graduating from Florida State University. He co-founded McLean Faulconer Inc with his partner, Steve McLean, in 1980, and has been working in real estate ever since. Jim’s favorite part of working in the real estate industry is helping to match the perfect buyer or seller with the perfect home and making sure that everyone walks away happy. He specializes in historic properties and luxury estate homes in Charlottesville and Central Virginia. Jim Faulconer has three grown children and two grandchildren.
