Joann is mostly known by two very familiar nicknames, "JoJo" and "Jo". These nicknames were given to her by her beloved grandfather and have stuck with her all through her adulthood. The Mahoning Valley is home to JoJo. She was born in raised in Warren, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of Howland High School. She has maintained a home in Mahoning County since 1992 and owns a vacation home in Geneva on the Lake. Following High school, JoJo attended Kent State University, where she graduated with a degree in Marketing and Advertising. She later attended Youngstown State University's Real Estate Program and became licensed in the State of Ohio in April of 2017.

When JoJo is not on the road serving clients, you can find her roaming Walnut Beach photographing the gorgeous Lake Erie sunsets or collecting sea glass with her best friend and dog, Jack.
