Joanna Hill

Having graduated from East Greenwich High School and The University of Rhode Island, Joanna is a native Rhode Islander. However, the lure of a warmer climate led her to Naples, Florida, where she ultimatley began her real estate career. For over 13 years she enjoyed being a top producer of sales in the Luxury Residential New Home Sales Market for some of the most prestigious and recognized golf course and yacht club communities in the Naples, Florida real estate market, including Quail West Golf and Country Club and Aqua at Pelican Isle Yacht Club.

After selling over $125 million dollars of luxury real estate, Joanna and her husband jumped at the opportunity to return to her native Rhode Island in the Spring of 2019.

Joanna brings a multitude of proven skill sets and benefits to her clients, including an effective form of communicating and negotiating. She believes that not only knowledge of the real estate process is essential to a successful transaction, but also ensuring the ease of that process for her clients.

When Joanna is not selling Real Estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, working in her garden, cooking, playing tennis and caring for a big yellow lab named Kolbe.
