I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jojo both with her decorating expertise and also with my home search. Jojo is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Los Angeles market and was able to guide me through the process with ease. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way.

Not only does Jojo have an incredible eye for design and a keen attention to detail, but she also took the time to truly understand my personal style and preferences. She was able to seamlessly blend her expertise with my vision, resulting in a space that feels both functional and beautiful. Throughout the process, she was professional, communicative, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Jojo’s team was also incredibly talented and easy to work with. Overall, I would highly recommend Jojo Steinberg to anyone looking to find a home uniquely tailored to their needs, and to transform their space into something truly special. I'm so glad we found Joanna. She was the absolute best Realtor ever! She was friendly, responsive, professional, and extremely hard working. I can not recommend her enough.

We searched for a long time for the right property and she was patient with us the whole way. Even after coming so close to closing on a property we ultimately backed out due to new information that came to light after a final inspection. Even after all this she got right back to work and found us our dream property, anyone else could've gotten fed up and put us on the back burner but we felt valued every step of the way.

We were so fortunate to have found and used JoJo Steinberg as our agent when we wanted to buy a home in Los Angeles. JoJo not only found us the right home at the right price in the right neighborhood during one of the hottest LA sellers’ markets but she made it painless. She asked us our preferences, took the time to get to know our tastes and scoured neighborhoods for properties she knew we’d like, she even put together an easy to view spreadsheet with all of our key elements for each property including school district with easy to view links and when our appointment was scheduled for. She warmed up the seller’s agent with such genuine finesse that when we walked into each property there was an immediate affinity and rapport with the other agent/seller.

During the negotiating process she guided us expertly through a contentious closing process and ultimately got the deal done when we would have likely lost the property or walked away from it with another agent. As first time home buyers JoJo expertly guided us on what offer to make to get the deal done. She provided helpful resources on the process so we knew what to expect. She recommended reputable inspectors and other experts we needed to enlist during the inspection period and beyond.

We could recommend JoJo more and will definitely be recommending her and using her should we have the need in the future. You can rest assured you’re in good hands with JoJo. Her dedicated, hands-on and detailed approach made us feel like we were her only client and she treated it like it was her money she was spending, advising on overpriced properties, ways to avoid a bidding war, and how to make our offer more attractive.

Additionally, JoJo was always available whether via text, phone or email. I was a bit neurotic sending properties at all hours of the day and night and she handled me so graciously and got us into properties quickly which is the name of the game in this market. After closing she continued yes to be a great resource for us.
