Joanne Bidwell

Joanne was licensed to sell real estate in 2002 after 17 years in account and project management with a medium-size computer software company. She earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in 2003, the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2006 and the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation in 2008. She works with both buyers and sellers and has lived in the Montgomery County area her entire life. When she started in real estate, she focused on building relationships with her clients which has contributed to her success. She believes her knowledge of the area, superior negotiating, communication and organizational skills and a genuine desire to help buyers and sellers achieve all their real estate goals gives her an important edge.
