I have nothing but good things to say about our time working with Joaquin. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and new to Denver at the beginning of 2022. Joaquin guided us through the home buying process in a highly competitive market. As a Denver native, he was a well of information--always answering our constant stream of questions regarding real estate investing, neighborhoods, inspectors/contractors/electricians, etc.

When we first started working with Joaquin he quickly recognized what we wanted in a home/investment and guided us toward properties that fit our needs and away from ones that did not suit us. He was always honest, even strongly recommending once that we not buy a house because he didn't believe we would be happy there. He reminded us at that time of the key things we had stated we wanted in a house and how that particular house fell short. We really appreciated his transparency and felt he had our family's best interests in mind. He could have just as easily rushed us into a house to make a sale, but instead worked with us over several months, showed us countless properties, and advocated for our needs.

As a person, Joaquin is genuinely kind and easy to get along with. He formed a rapport with selling agents on our behalf. Even though we had a tumultuous and stressful closing process, Joaquin was always level-headed, professional, and the voice of reason.

He is backed by an incredible team and although we have been in our home for 6 months now we continue to reach out to him with questions about home ownership and recommendations. We would recommend Joaquin to anyone looking to buy a home and will certainly work with him again when buying our next home.

Buying a house with Joaquin was genuinely a wonderful experience. In the competitive and fast-paced Denver market, that is really saying something! This was my first home-buying experience, but I can confidently say 10 months post-purchase, that it was a great decision to work with Joaquin and place my trust in him. He was open to whatever we wanted to pursue and would work hard regardless, however, where he really went above and beyond was acting as a guide and a bit of a mentor. I was originally thinking of buying something in the suburbs, but Joaquin was able to gather that I would be much better suited with a property in the heart of Denver. I can say that my partner and I are so happy to be living in area with so much accessibility. Our house is perfectly suited for us and it has already shown to be a great investment. The closing process was inevitably stressful, but Joaquin worked way beyond his role as our agent to advocate for us. Truly can't say enough positive things about Joaquin, and when we look to sell our house or purchase another property, he will be our guy!

Because of a really competitive market and being first time home buyers, my fiancee and I knew we needed a realtor we could trust. Joaquin was there for us every step of the way and he strikes the perfect balance between not making us feel pressured to go a certain way but still giving helpful advice. Joaquin helped us understand what was needed to get an offer accepted in the tough market and had great knowledge of the different areas of Denver. He helped us buy the first place we get to call home together, and we know when it's time to sell, he'll be our first call.

Joaquin was great to work with. I was planning to sell my home and buy a new one because we needed more space for my growing family, but Joaquin advised that I use the equity in my existing home to purchase our next property and keep my current home as a cash flowing rental. Great idea! Joaquin connected me with a great lender that was able to help facilitate that and then we started our home search. Joaquin was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process super easy. I look forward to purchasing my 3rd property with Joaquin soon.

Joaquin was extremely knowledgeable regarding the different neighborhoods and areas throughout Denver and throughout the Denver area. He was completely on the same page with my husband and I when it came to what we were looking for in a house to purchase. In addition, he never seemed to be in a rush to get us into any home just to make a sale -- he truly wanted to find a home that was right for us and that we would be happy in. He was very responsive when it came to getting in touch with him when new houses popped on the market that we wanted to look at and gave us his undivided attention when he was with us. When it came time to put in an offer, Joaquin was knowledgable and helpful and guided us easily through the whole process seamlessly -- all the way to the closing date. Even after we closed on our house Joaquin checked in to see how we were doing, and was always quick to answer any questions we had, even though he had already made a sale with us. In all, coming from a totally different state and starting out somewhere new, Joaquin is a great realtor to choose if you have no idea where to even begin (as many buyers coming from a different state), and will make your buying process as least stressful as possible.

Searching for a home in a tough and competitive market can be stressful, that’s why it can be very helpful when you have a high quality realtor like Joaquin on your side. He and his team went above and beyond with their service and professionalism. Joaquin was able to find us a home that was off-market, therefore we didn’t have to compete with any other buyers. We purchased our dream home in one of the most competitive markets in the country, and did all with the luxury of not having to engage in a bidding war. After having such a great experience on the buy side, we decided to use his services to sell one of our rental homes that we no longer wanted to manage. The sell of our rental went just as smooth as the purchase of our home. His knowledge of the market was extremely valuable and a key component to us getting top dollar for our rental as well as very favorable contract terms. Joaquin was an absolutely amazing choice for a realtor. He was very patient and truly cared for what I was looking for. While at one point I was very interested in a home, he knew it didn't meet the needs we initially discussed and suggested I keep looking, rather than jumping on my vulnerability to just sell me something and he could of there, he didn't. He reminded me to be patient and reminded me of what it was that I wanted. He will put your needs before his commission! He also has a lot of wonderful recommendations and contractors if you're looking more towards investment. I ended up using 2 of his recommended contractors and they have done a phenomenal job at a fair price. Overall, Joaquin is the whole package you could want in a realtor, I'll highly recommend him over and over.
